Kannada film and TV actress Shobitha Shivanna allegedly died by suicide at her residence in Kondapur in Hyderabad on Sunday. The actress hails from Sakleshpur in Haasan district, Karnataka. Shobitha Shivanna started her career as a small time VJ before stepping into the television industry with the soap opera ‘Krishna Rukmini’. She also starred in around 12 serials. One of her famous serials is ‘Brahmagantu’, which made Shobitha a prominent household name in Kannada.
