He revealed that he encouraged the iconic Dr. Rajkumar to sing 'Yaare Koogadali' for the film Sampathige Savaal. Initially hesitant, Rajkumar agreed after hearing the composition, marking the beginning of his celebrated singing journey in Kannada cinema.
