Karnataka Home Minister Dr G. Parameshwara on Wednesday said that he has consented to filing an appeal before Supreme Court, challenging the order granting bail to Kannada actor on medical grounds in the sensational murder case. Darshan, who was jailed for 131 days, was released from prison on October 30 after the Karnataka High Court granted him conditional bail on medical grounds for six weeks.
